Products and Services
Finca Encuentro S.L. offers agricultural products, vegetable boxes, guided tours, workshops, and other activities related to sustainable agriculture, permaculture, and environmental education.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros and include applicable taxes (IGIC where applicable) in accordance with current legislation.
Payment Methods
The payment methods available during the checkout process are accepted.
Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Deliveries and Collection
Deliveries are available only within local areas of Tenerife designated by Finca Encuentro S.L.

The minimum order value for delivery is €20 for free delivery. Under 20€ we charge a delievery/handling fee of 4.99€.
Delivery times and schedules may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, and operational circumstances.
Deliveries are carried out directly by Finca Encuentro S.L. or by authorised collaborators.
Perishable Products
Vegetables, fruits, and other fresh products are perishable goods.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Product Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order has been prepared or delivered, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted except in cases of error attributable to Finca Encuentro S.L. or where products are delivered in an unsatisfactory condition.
In the event of an issue, customers must contact finca.encuentro@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Guided Tours, Workshops, and Events
Bookings for guided tours, workshops, and activities are considered leisure services linked to a specific date or period of performance.
Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
If Finca Encuentro S.L. cancels an activity due to organisational reasons or force majeure, customers may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another available date.
Liability
Finca Encuentro S.L. shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals of Spain in accordance with applicable legislation.
